About The Event
What to expect:
- Zoom room will open at 6:30 PM, the circle will begin at 6:40 PM and close by 8:40 PM.
- This is a drop in group so one or many people may be present
- Invitation to a movement based warm up so please dress comfortably (all can be done from the comfort of your seat as well)
- Guidance in simple, sometimes silly activities
- Many opportunities to pause and bring attention to the fullness of your experience
- Apprecaition for your presence
