In NCAA competition, she won 6 outdoor titles and one indoor crown.

She’s ranked in the top 10 in the Nation in the discus for 8 consecutive years and had the No. 6 mark in the world in 2001.

Sly became the only second woman in NCAA history to win four straight individual titles in the same event.
As a professional athlete, Sly was a member of two Olympic teams in the discus (2000 Sydney, 2004 Athens).
